We started this idea in the summer of 2019. It's been a long time since then, but we wanted to make our idea a reality and we are thrilled now that we've been able to make our first product.
After the first spark of this idea of starting our own brand we started looking into the fashion world from a business perspective and noticed this isn't really the best industry for the welbeing of mother earth. It's also pretty difficult to find anything behind the big brands and how they work.
This is when we knew we wanted to be different in the way we work as a business and be as transparent as possible.
This might be a more common reason but it's true, we just couldn't find enough clothes we love, and when we did, these brands weren't necessarily very conscious of their working ethics.
We don't want to contain ourselves to the four seasons. We don't want to force ourselves to produce a collection whenever a new season arrives and having to throw away clothes we couldn't sell. We don't want to help fast fashion and we especially don't want to throw away clothes.
We are very consious about the stuff we want to make and take our time to see how we can produce such a product the best way possible, and create an amazing experience. We only want to offer the best and try to harm our earth the least amount humanly possible.
Finding the right name took a very long time of searching and trying things out. After a while we felt the name had to start with an M but had no clue as to how it should end. Eventuelly we came back to our roots and remembered this amazing video from Tyler, The Creator, an amazing motivational factor for our company.
